Councillor Adam Daly

Rugby Borough Councillor for Hillmorton

Adam was elected as a Borough Councillor in 2021.

Adam is the Cabinet Member and Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Wellbeing. 

Adam lives in Houlton, attended Ashlawn School and grew up in Kingsley Avenue. 

Adam is an Assistant Headteacher at a primary school in Daventry so he knows the importance of good school places in the local area. He is excited about the new schools in Houlton and hopes this ensures more children in Hillmorton are able to attend their first choice secondary school. 

You may recognise Adam from the TV gameshow 'Pointless'. When he was at university, he went on the show, got to the final and won the £3,000 jackpot with a friend he was studying with! Here is (a much younger) Adam on his second episode wearing a very bright jumper! (He is often asked what his 'final question' was. It was RnB - 'Jay-Z' collaborations to be precise!)
