Yesterday's Bilton By-Election has seen the Conservative Party retain the seat vacated by Craig Humphrey, with Julie A'Barrow getting a convincing 42% of the vote in Bilton. The By-Election saw a turn-out of 31%. Juile got 668 votes, giving her a majority of 343 over her nearest rival.
