Carolyn Watson-Merret is encouraging local residents to have their say on the proposed plans for St. Andrews Gardens. The Conservative led Borough Council has invested £20,000 into the project.
The gardens are home to the graves of some famous Rugbeians, but over the last few years they have been subjected to anti-social behaviour including damage to the Grave stones. The draft plan includes the laying of Grave stones, information boards detailing the history of the memorials and a rock garden next to the tree planted in memory of the victims of the atomic bombs dropped during World War Two.
To take part in the consultation see: www.rugby.gov.uk/saintandrew See plans below, the consultation closes at 5pm on April 26th.
