MEP Daniel Dalton writes; Holidays should be relaxing and something to look back on with a great deal of pleasure, but sometimes practical problems can ruin the enjoyment. For the last three years I have produced a factsheet collating travel advice and have been asked to repeat it in the light of continuing changes to European regulations, security and consumer rights in 2018.
