It is with great sadness that Rugby Conservative Association received the news that David Barby passed away on Wednesday evening following a stroke 10 days earlier. Not only will David be greatly missed as a supporter, but also as a past Hon. President and friend to many in RCA. Our thoughts are with his wife and family at this very sad time.
